Woonkracht10 sells 56 apartments

Housing association Woonkracht10 recently sold 56 apartments in Alblasserdam and Zwijndrecht. The complexes are purchased by two private investors. Capital Value advised Woonkracht10 on the sale as well as on the approval from the Dutch Ministry of Housing.
