Staedion sells 53 rental dwellings in Delft
2 August 2018

Staedion recently sold 53 multi-family dwellings in Delft. It concerns non-regulated rental apartments, part of complex Tuvista. Tuvista consists in total of 72 apartments, of which 19 apartments are private properties. On the ground floor, a commercial space is located which is rented out to a children's daycare. The apartments are bought by the private investor Accresco Vastgoed BV. Capital Value advised Staedion on the sale.
By selling the apartments, Staedion creates extra funds to invest in the construction of new homes in the regulated sector and the improvement of existing property. With this, Staedion invests in affordable housing for people with a modest income. The Tuvista complex is not located in the core region of Staedion and is not part of the regulated housing stock of Staedion.
