The complexes are located in the provinces of Noord Brabant (Baarle-Nassau, Dordrecht, Hoeven, Oudenbosch) and Zeeland (Kats). The sale has been publicly announced today. Capital Value will advise Thuisvester on the sale.
Pierre Hobbelen, managing director at Thuisvester: ‘In our Strategic Vision (2013) we have included our wish to focus our attention on the four core regions of Thuisvester, i.e. Oosterhout, Geertruidenberg, Rucphen and Zundert. Both this and the new legislation in the Netherlands has led to the decision to sell a number of complexes outside our core region'.
