Rentree starts sale of 67 dwellings in Deventer

Housing association Rentree has started start with the sale of a residential portfolio in Deventer. The portfolio consists of 3 complexes with in total 67 dwellings (24 single-family and 43 multi-family dwellings), space for the purpose of public facilities and two antennas. Capital Value advises Rentree on the sale.
Interested parties can submit a bid until Wednesday 16 November 2016, 12:00 hrs. CET. More information on the portfolio can be found here.
