Woonpunt starts sale of residential portfolio of approx. 186 apartments

On behalf of housing association Woonpunt, Capital Value has recently start with the sale of a residential portfolio of approx. 186 apartments, 181 parking places and commercial spaces. The portfolio is divided into three complexes located in the cities Maastricht (73 apartments), Heerlen (47 apartments and 11 commercial spaces) and Geleen (66 apartments).
Woonpunt has asked Capital Value to act as its advisor during the course of the sale of the portfolio. More information on the portfolio can be found here.
