Start sale unique residential complex in Utrecht
12 April 2017
LEKSTEDEwonen & Woongoed Zeist have started with the sale of a unique residential complex in the centre of Utrecht. The complex, called Huis Zoudenbalch, offers 24 apartments, 21 storage rooms, a covered bicycle parking and a large inner courtyard. Capital Value will advise on the sale.
Huis Zoudenbalch is located in a side street of one of Utrecht's busiest shopping streets. The complex has a rich history and is known for its distinctive red shutters. A renovation in 2011 made the apartments fully meet all modern requirements.
Ed de Groot, managing director at LEKSTEDEwonen: ‘The reason for selling Huis Zoudenbalch is that the apartments do no longer belong to our core task, which is building and renting non-regulated rental dwellings. Both LEKSTEDEwonen and Woongoed Zeist want to focus on building and renting out dwellings for our target group’.
If you are interested in the aquisition of Huis Zoudenbalch, you are invited to submit a bid before Tuesday 23 May 2017, 12:00 hrs CET. For more information, please view Properties or contact Capital Value.
